Head Business Development & Sales
Kunle J. Adeboye is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Strategist with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG and Financial Services sectors. A pioneer staff of a PFA under the Contributory Pension Scheme; as Chief Marketing Officer, Kunle played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of various business strategies which helped transform and sustain two (2) Tier1 PFAs and a top 15 PFA. His experience and record have established him as a turnaround manager with a highly analytical mind and keen eyes for business growth and expansion opportunities. His experience in the pension industry since 2006 has imbued him with very strong finance and leadership skills.
Kunle has a B.A. English and Communications Art from the University of Ibadan, Executive MBA, with specialization in Strategic Business Management, from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, along with diverse trainings and certifications. Kunle Adeboye is a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria.
Head, ICT and Operations
Mr. Dosumu is a graduate of Computer science from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) with over 15 years’ experience across IT and Financial sectors. Sakiru began his career as a programmer on Microsoft platform and later went into implementation, customization and support of Finacle Banking application.
Following the enactment of the Pension Reform act and the issuance of license to interested operators, Sakiru was invited by First Bank team in setting up their Pension custodian unit – First Pension Custodian - working as the pioneer Head, Information Technology. In this role, he set up the corporate IT infrastructure from scratch. Sakiru formulated policies, implemented infrastructure (hardware and network), deployed appropriate solutions that won First Bank 7 out of the 13 PFAs as at the time with the remaining 6 shared among the other 3 PFCs. He also worked closely with the Head, Operations to define the process and procedure and align solutions to support the business processes.
After 5 years of operations and having achieved stability both in the Pension industry as well as in the company itself, Sakiru proceeded to join First Bank as the Lead, Finacle Customization and Reporting, a role that he held for a year before assuming the role of Head, Core Application Management which expanded to other applications such as Treasury, Online Banking and Trade solutions among others. Yet in 2013, he was promoted to the Head, Application Solutions.
Major skills include adoption and implementation of international best practices in change management, SDLC, project management, incident management, secure coding etc. Other areas of expertise include IT strategy, business-IT alignment, IT governance and people and team management.
Chief Financial Officer
Ayodele has over 20 years work experience and 10 years post-professional qualification experience with a diverse career that began as a Computer Technician. He became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2002, and after a 10-year stint in IT, he made a career change to Accounting and Finance.
He trained as an Audit Trainee with Lemibayo Aro & Co (Chartered Accountants). Ayodele holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). He also holds the ACCA Postgraduate Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Prior to joining IGI Pension Fund Managers in March 2017, Ayodele has 6 years senior management experience in the Nigerian pension industry with AIICO Pension Managers Limited (APML). He joined APML as the Head of Financial Control and Reporting. His achievements in the finance function informed his redeployment as Head, Contributions & Collections in 2012 with a mandate to reorganize APML’s Contributions & Collections processes, from where he was later seconded to the Investment Department as a Senior Research Analyst in 2016.
Ayodele is a multidisciplinary professional whose training and experience have spanned accounting, auditing, Information Technology, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Investment Research and Pension Operations.
Ayodele served as the Vice-Chairman, Association of Accounting Technicians of the Ibadan and District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Secretary of the Education and Training Committee of the district for 3 years.
He is a corporate strategist in business process reengineering, product development, sales and marketing, corporate management, business forecasting, modelling and strategic planning, and has attended several local and regional finance and strategy training seminars/workshops.
Mr. Olatiregun is a trainer, coach and mentor to over 500 successful finance professionals around the world and also a public speaker.
Head, Compliance and Risk Management
Olumuyiwa Christopher Fakanlu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over a decade experience in the financial services sector.
He holds HND and B.Sc. in Accounting from Osun State College of Technology and Lagos State University respectively. He began his working career at Abiodun Olasoji & Co Chartered Accountants, from where he later joined United Bank for Africa Plc and served in the Group Internal Control arm of the Bank between 2008 and 2011, prior to his appointment as Head Internal Control and Audit of AIICO Pension Managers Limited in 2011.
Olumuyiwa also served as Head Compliance in acting capacity for AIICO Pension Managers Limited at various times during his employment at APML.
With clear ownership and accountability for the company’s overall risk management, Olumuyiwa pioneer Enterprise Risk Management function in AIICO Pension, where he ensures that business plans are consistent and are aligned with the company’s strategy to mitigate risks, maximize stakeholder value, and create opportunities and earnings potential for APML.
As the pioneer Head, Risk Management Department for AIICO Pension Managers Limited, he co-championed the draft and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the company, he occupied this position until his appointment by Radix Pension Managers limited in March 2017.
Olumuyiwa is also an Associate Member of Risk Managers Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).
Zonal Coordinator (Lagos/SW)
Babatope is a graduate of Finance from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also holds a M.Sc. degree in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
As a seasoned and professional banker of repute with over fourteen (14) years’ experience, Babatope’ s experience spans Audit and Control, Risk Management and Business Development, His analytical and managerial skills has enabled him to handle complex transactions and projects successfully.
Babatope was the pioneer Head, Business Development of IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited (A Lagos State Financial Institution). He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and Certified Financial Consultants, Canada.
He has undergone several trainings locally and internationally. He is currently the Zonal Coordinator – Lagos & Southwest at Radix Pension Managers Limited.
Zonal Coordinator (SS/SE)
Oghogho comes to Radix Pension Managers Ltd with over 18 years’ experience in the area of Accounting, Project Management and Business Development with 11 years wealth of experience specifically in the Contributory Pension Sector in the area of Business Development and Sales.
She was head hunted by First Guarantee Pensions Ltd, a Pensions Fund Administrators (PFA) in 2006 as the State Coordinator of Edo, Delta and Ondo States. During this period she successfully coordinated all operations in the three states and established the company as a leading PFA in these States.
She joined IEI-Anchor Pensions Limited as the Zonal Manager, South-South in May 2008 where she made huge successes in the area of sales in all the states in the zone until March 2017.
She joined Radix Pension Managers in April 2017 with the mandate to coordinate and head the business activities in the South-South and South-East regions.
She has a first degree in Accounting and Finance from Edo State University in 1996. She also has an MBA degree.
She has attended short courses and seminars organized by Business Plan Services in collaboration with the London Business School on Getting to Plan B, and University of London, UK in Economic Policy.
She is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD)
Head, HR and Corporate Resources
Angela has over 14 years post qualification work experience in human resource management and administration.
She has worked with various Institutions, banks and Investment and Capital management companies, and also had a stint in Human Resource Consulting.
She holds a Second Class Upper Honours degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, Benin-City, a Masters of Economics Degree from the University of Lagos. She is certified as a compensation and benefits manager from the Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, and holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Carrington Heritage Centre for Professional Development, United Kingdom. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. (ACIPM).
